Visited Bob Summer 2009. Generous and wise advice on local trails to match our skills with a "let me know how you get on and i'll tell you some more" promise. Never did go back with our busy BC road trip agenda but were so impressed with his knowledge / trail building skills / friendlyness, unmatched throughout BC that we are returning to New Denver for a dedicated 3 week mountain bike adventure. One of those inspirational people you meet once and wont forget. Has even made me think about opening my own bike shop one day. Dont be put off but the exterior, this guy knows his way round a bike.
